Communal Cleaning
For apartment blocks and shared buildings
Clean, well-kept communal areas make a building feel cared for. Our communal cleaning covers entrances, stairwells, landings, lifts and bin stores for block management companies across South Yorkshire, and we clean the windows too, so one contractor looks after the whole block.

For apartment blocks
Why communal areas matter
Communal areas are the first thing residents, visitors and prospective buyers see. Regular cleaning keeps them presentable, and a reliable contractor means fewer complaints landing on your desk.
Every visit is scheduled in advance and confirmed with you, and our teams are DBS-checked and uniformed, so residents always know who’s in the building.

Who is this service for?
Block management companies and managing agents looking after apartment blocks and other shared buildings.
Can you clean the windows too?
Yes. Window cleaning is our main service, so we can look after the windows and the communal areas of the same block.
How often do you clean?
As often as the building needs. We agree the schedule with the managing agent when we quote, and it can change as the block’s needs do.
Do you clean carpets?
We vacuum carpets as part of every communal clean. Deep carpet cleaning isn’t included and needs arranging separately.
Can you hold keys and fobs?
Yes. We can hold the keys and fobs we need to get into the building for each visit.
Do you report on each visit?
Yes. We report back to the managing agent after our visits, so you know the building has been cleaned.
Do you clean inside individual flats?
No. We don’t clean inside individual flats or private houses. We work for the block’s management company, cleaning the windows and communal areas.
