This policy explains what personal information Wrights Cleaning collects through this website and when we work for you, how we use it, and your rights. We’ve kept it short and in plain English.

Who we are

Wrights Cleaning is a trading name of Aqua Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 11194354). Registered office: 1 Hillcrest Way, Rotherham, S66 3ZX. We are the controller of the personal information described here.

What we collect

• When you send an enquiry: your name, company, email address, phone number (if you give it), site postcode, the services you’re interested in and your message. We also record the page you sent it from.
• When you email or call us: your contact details and whatever you tell us.
• When we work for you: contact details for the people we deal with at your organisation, and the site and access details we need to do the job.
• Security checks: our forms are protected from spam by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser and connection, and we briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions. We keep only a shortened, anonymised version of your IP address with your enquiry.
• Website use: only if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics tells us how the site is used, such as which pages people visit. It doesn’t tell us who you are.

How we use it, and why

• Replying to enquiries and preparing quotes: because you’ve asked us to, as a step towards a contract and in our legitimate interests.
• Providing our services, scheduling visits and invoicing: to perform our contract with you or your organisation.
• Keeping our website and forms free of spam and abuse: in our legitimate interests.
• Understanding how our website is used: only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• Meeting our legal obligations, such as keeping accounting records.

We don’t sell your information, and we won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve agreed to receive them.

Who we share it with

We only share personal information with organisations that help us run our business, and only what they need:

• our website host, Krystal, which stores the website and the enquiries sent through it in the UK;
• Cloudflare, which provides the Turnstile spam check on our forms;
• Google, for Google Analytics if you accept analytics cookies, and Google Maps if you choose to load the interactive map;
• the email and business systems we use to reply to you, schedule work and send invoices;
• specialist access contractors, if your job needs a cherry picker or rope access;
• the authorities, if the law requires it.

Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, they use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and client records only for as long as we need them for the reasons above, and accounting records for as long as the law requires. If you ask us to delete your information, we will, unless the law says we must keep it.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies:

• Your cookie choice (wc_consent): remembers whether you accepted or rejected analytics cookies, so we don’t ask again on every page. Kept for 6 months.
• Google Analytics (_ga and _ga_…): only set if you click Accept. They help us count visits and see which pages are useful. Kept for up to 2 years.
• Google Maps: only if you click to load an interactive map, when Google may set its own cookies.

You can change your choice at any time: cookie settings.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a copy to take elsewhere, and withdraw your consent at any time. Email Email us and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
